Exchange, Return and Cancellation Policy

Our online store welcomes you and informs you that you will find below the exchange, return and cancellation policy for your use of this store.


Exchange Policy:

Products cannot be exchanged due to limited quantity.


Return Policy:

1. The consumer has the right to return the product provided to him from the Biddle store within 24 hours only from receiving the order only in the event that the product arrived in poor condition from the shipping company (Note: Since the bags are hand-embroidered and not machine-embroidered, some small details may appear such as extra beads, a small empty part or an external thread, and these are not reasons for return as long as they are simple and do not affect the appearance of the bag as a whole)

2. To return a product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. Biddle Store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3. The consumer is not entitled to return the product if a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s misuse.

4. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to Biddle headquarters if he wishes to return it, for a fee of 30 riyals.

5. The refund takes 7-24 days depending on the bank’s policy after the bag arrives at Biddle’s headquarters.

6. There is no partial return for the order. Only a full return is made if more than one bag is ordered.



Cancellation Policy:

  1. If you want to cancel an order, you must contact customer service within one hour. Please note that if the order has been sent to the shipping company, it will not be cancelled until the shipping fee of 30 riyals is deducted.
  2. When canceling or returning any order through Tabby or Tamara, you must first provide us with a photo showing that the full amount has been paid through the application.
  3. The refund takes 7-24 days depending on the bank's policy.
