Shipping and Delivery Policy

We offer shipping to all regions of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries through the shipping company Aramex.

Shipping and delivery to all regions of the Kingdom takes 3-5 working days, noting that the weekend is a holiday for shipping companies.

For the Gulf regions, up to two weeks or less

• Changing the address or contact information after the order has been shipped will require a new shipping fee of 30 riyals.
• To reship the order if it is not received, a new shipping fee of 30 riyals will be imposed.
• The delivery period for bags is 25 working days, not including the weekend (equivalent to a month and a week) , if the product is stated to be a pre-order.
